New England Golf Cars went above and beyond to get our golf cart back up and running. Tom was incredibly accommodating, coming out to our home on Halloween to try to fix our cart in time for trick-or-treating. After several hours of tinkering and troubleshooting, it became clear that a deeper diagnostic was needed back at the shop.
They took the cart back, and Jon expertly diagnosed and resolved several issues until it was in perfect working order. Mike in service oversaw everything and was amazing with his accommodations, communications, and updates throughout the process.

I have a 1997 EZ GO golf cart which I believed was dead. Liam came to my house and did an excellent tune-up, changing oil replacing spark plugs and gaskets. It now runs like a jet!!! Many thanks to Liam for his excellent work!

What a great experience!!! Called New England Golf Cars with limited notice, for 2 Utility carts and a 4-passenger cart. Within 72 hours they were delivered to my site and ready to go. Sandy, the Retail Manager, walked me through the process on how to order the carts and what had to be done. She took the time to understand my needs and to ensure that I chose the correct carts for what I needed to do.
The delivery drivers coming from Methuen were kind, polite and efficient. They alerted me prior to their arrival and when they would be back for the pickup of the carts. It is with no reservations that I would 100% recommend New England Golf Cars.

NEGC was friendly, reliable, and very helpful! We have used them for years and will continue to go back to them for our Golf Cart needs!
I called expecting to have to arrange to trailer my cart in for service; I was pleasantly surprised to find they would pick up and deliver for a very reasonable fee. (And I live in Maine!) They found the problem, explained options for repairs, and got it all done promptly. I could not be happier with the service from the initial phone call to the return delivery of my cart that came back spotless as well! NEGC will get all of my golf cart service needs going forward!
They have maintained and repaired our golf car (used in our orchard) for a decade now since we purchased it from them. They are knowledgeable and come quickly when it has broken down.
